We are looking for motivated technicians who enjoy working in a team. The job involves maintaining our equipment safely to a high standard, increasing availability and quality to ensure high productivity for our main customer: the Operations Team. Focusing on planned preventative maintenance, you will proactively address and resolve issues to mitigate risks.

What You Will Be Doing
  • React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties, and work efficiently to fix issues.
  • Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Ensure high equipment availability for our internal customers.
  • Prioritize health & safety in all work, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on all equipment within the site.
  • Independently maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Guide associates and ensure safety standards are followed.
What Do You Bring With You
  • Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems.
  • Fault-finding experience within Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/Automation systems.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Experience with conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
  • Experience with sortation machines.
  • Familiarity with CMMS.
