Amazon Italia Logistics internship offers an on-site opportunity across Sicilia's Operations centres, with relocation support and a structured development program. Interns will experience the pace of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Delivery Stations, learning how leaders engage teams to meet customer expectations.

You will gain hands-on exposure to performance management, safety culture, and collaborative problem-solving, paving the way for potential graduate opportunities within Amazon.

Competenze

• Currently in penultimate or final year, pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3–6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Amazon Operations is the backbone of the Amazon customer experience. With over 50 fulfilment centres, hundreds of delivery stations, and tens of thousands of employees, the team works together to efficiently deliver items to customers. In the fulfilment centres, millions of items are picked and packed annually, while delivery teams work to get orders to customers on time. Internship Start Dates Across The Year

• We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through July 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate (graduating in 2028) or last year, and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40hours/week) of 3-6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
