Amazon is offering an on-site Operations Intern opportunity across Lazio, starting January 2027. Interns will work within Fulfilment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, gaining exposure to real-world operations and data-driven improvements.

You will join a collaborative Intern Community, receive strong support, and have potential paths to graduate roles or further internships. Relocation support and a competitive salary package are included.

Description

You are applying to our Talent Pool for Operations Internships starting from January 2027 onwards. By applying early, you benefit from:

This position could be based in any Amazon Operations centre across Lazio, depending on availability and business needs. Please note that this role requires on‑site presence. • Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential for this position.
• Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.

Internship Start Dates Across The Year

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through July 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate (graduating in 2028) or last year, and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40hours/week) of 3-6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
