Amazon is inviting applicants for its Talent Pool for Operations Internships starting January 2027. Interns may be placed at any Amazon Operations centre in Emilia-Romagna and must work on-site; relocation support is provided.

Interviews begin September, role matching in October, with multiple start dates in 2027. This program develops skills in operations, data analysis, and teamwork while offering a real preview of full-time opportunities and a competitive monthly salary.

Competenze

Currently in your penultimate (graduating in 2028) or last year, and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40hours/week) of 3-6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).

Internship Start Dates Across The Year

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through July 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.
