Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking an Operations Intern in Florence to support planning, procurement, packaging and logistics with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting. You will report to the Director of Operations and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This role offers hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.

We are seeking an Operations Intern, supporting key activities across the Operations department, including planning, procurement, packaging and logistics, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This intern will report to the Director of Operations, based in Florence.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation and analysis
• Monitor supplier performance, including delivery delays and service levels
• Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open orders
• Analyze operational KPIs (OOS, lead times, stock levels, forecast accuracy)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with data insights

• Manage ERP Master Data and main transactions

Who You Are:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
• University graduate (or near completion) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis
• Precise, detail-oriented and structured
• Proactive with problem-solving attitude
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI is a plus)
• Fluent in Italian and English
