Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking an Operations Intern in Florence to support planning, procurement, packaging and logistics with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting. You will report to the Director of Operations and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This role offers hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• University graduate or near completion.
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis interest.
• Precise, detail-oriented and structured with proactive problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Support data collection, validation and analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance, including delays and service levels.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open orders.
• Analyze operational KPIs (OOS, lead times, stock levels, forecast accuracy).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with data insights.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across functions.
• Manage ERP Master Data and main transactions.
