A leading manufacturing company in Fano, Italy, is looking for a professional to support the operational management of its two European manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with 2 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of S4/HANA and MS Office is essential, along with excellent English and Italian language skills. This role involves some travel and offers many opportunities for personal and professional development.

Competenze

• 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company.
• Willingness to travel two weeks per month.
• Excellent English and Italian; German good to have.

Mansioni

• Support the operational management of the European manufacturing plants.
• Handle product costing and cost accounting.
• Conduct CAPEX and investment controlling.

Conoscenze

Strong knowledge of S4 / HANA

MS Office proficiency

Managerial accounting understanding

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company
• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of S4 / HANA and MS Office. Good knowledge in areas of managerial accounting, cost accounting and OPS KPIs
• Preferred Skills
• Critical thinking, problem solving skills
• Languages
• Excellent English and Italian; German good to have
