This role involves managing teams for quality assurance and facilities while ensuring customer satisfaction. As we expand into a new market, we seek a Guest Operations Manager to establish and scale our local operations.
In this role, you will oversee our city portfolio, leading the Quality Assurance and Facilities Management teams. You will ensure operational excellence in recruitment, training, property inspections, and inventory management, with a focus on guest satisfaction. This position requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
