Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a fully remote, highly organized and detail-orientedOperational Program Managerto support the execution and ongoing operations of the Teams interoperability compliance program. This role involves driving day-to-day program activities, managing compliance tracking, supporting engineering team, and ensuring operational excellence across testing, support, and developer engagement.

You will work closely with engineering teams to monitor program health and help enable a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and external developers integrating with Microsoft Graph API.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Monitor and track program status, inventories, and testing obligationsrelated to Microsoft Teams interoperability compliance.
  • Manage and drivetriage review processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues across engineering, partner, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams totrack bugs, manage resolution workflows, and support consistent issue management.
  • Develop and maintainprogram documentation,training materials, andcontentfor engineering and partner enablement.
  • Coordinate and executeoperational tasksfor ongoing compliance testing, reporting, and developer support activities.
  • Support the management ofsample code repositories, coordinating with engineering for updates and fixes.
  • Collaborate with engineering partners to provide visibility into blockers, risks, and progress for test and development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience inprogram or project managementin a technical or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to managecross-functional projects, track dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience inmonitoring, triaging, and tracking issuesacross multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
  • English B2+ or higher
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity withsoftware development processesorAPI lifecycle.
  • Experience contributing to or managingopen-source projects, especially related to developer tools or documentation is a plus.
