Overview

Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement? We are looking for an Operational Excellence Senior Specialist to lead transformational initiatives within our technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes across all Alfasigma sites to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Implement and promote Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, SMED, Visual Management, and Spaghetti Chart analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Support data-driven decision-making by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to measure equipment efficiency and optimize asset utilization
• Cycle times, waste reduction, and productivity improvements to track operational performance
• Lead time reduction and process variability analysis to enhance efficiency
• Develop and implement best practices to standardize processes across different sites
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and improvements to senior management
• Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement roles (at least 3 years).
• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, including VSM, 5S, SMED, Visual Management, and Spaghetti Chart analysis
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Microsoft Power Platform, Minitab
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives across different locations
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in multi-site operations, with a strong ability to work transversally across different teams and locations
• Fluency in English is required
• Willingness to travel across Alfasigma sites as needed
