Operational Client Support Officer

Key accountabilities

  1. Act as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring an efficient incident management process and escalating issues accurately and promptly.
  2. Provide client support, follow up on all questions or issues until resolution, and regularly inform clients of progress, especially when in-depth analysis is required.
  3. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  4. Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices, assessing and selecting improvement opportunities that offer long-term value and minimize operational risks.
  5. Contribute to operational enhancement projects, review specifications, create terms of reference for upcoming products and initiatives, support clients during developments and tests, and execute conformance tests with clients.

Your profile

  • Strong financial background with a good understanding of the activities of Euronext's direct & indirect client base.
  • Relevant experience in Client Services.
  • High standards of service delivery and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management and monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
