Webuild, un'importante azienda attiva in progetti di infrastrutture sostenibili, cerca un Analista di Audit Operativo e Progetti Speciali per la sua sede di Milano. La figura scelta supporterà le attività di auditing, contribuendo a garantire la governance aziendale e il miglioramento dei sistemi di controllo interno in un contesto multinazionale. Si richiede una Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale e un buon background nell'auditing.

Competenze

• Esperienza di 6 mesi a 1 anno in un ruolo simile in consulting o in aziende industriali strutturate/multinazionali.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese, conoscenza di un'altra lingua è un plus.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare nell'UE e oltre.

Mansioni

• Supportare l'esecuzione di progetti di Audit secondo il piano annuale.
• Documentare le analisi di audit e preparare report.
• Seguire l'implementazione delle azioni correttive dai report di audit.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

The Resource, part of the Group's Internal Audit Department in Milan, will support assurance and consulting activities related to Audit projects. These projects aim to evaluate the effectiveness of the Group's Internal Control and Risk Management System.
The selected candidate will work closely with various corporate functions and audit team members, engaging in activities such as:

1. Supporting the execution of Audit projects as per the annual plan and additional ad hoc projects at Head Office Departments, Job Orders, and Group Companies;
2. Documenting audit analyses and preparing reports to present findings and recommendations;
3. Following up on the implementation of corrective actions from audit reports;
4. Assisting corporate and top management in projects to enhance Corporate Governance and Internal Control systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management Engineering
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role within consulting or a structured/multinational industrial company
• Interest in Internal Auditing, Internal Control, and Risk Management principles
• Knowledge of SAP and major computer packages
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the EU and beyond
