Operational Audit and Methodologies Analyst

The Resource, placed within the Group's Internal Audit Direction, based in Milan, will be involved in assurance and consulting activities in the context of Audit projects aimed at verifying the adequacy of the Group's Internal Control and Risk Management System.

In particular, the resource, working closely with the various corporate functions and alongside the other members of the Audit Team, will have the opportunity to participate in the following main activities:

  • Support to the team in the execution of Audit projects included in the annual plan and ad hoc requested projects to be carried out at Head Office Departments, Job Orders and Group Companies;
  • Formalization of the analyses carried out during the audits, preparing the relevant reports to give evidence of the findings and related recommendations;
  • Follow-up verification of the implementation of the corrective actions defined within the Audit Report and agreed with the owners of the audited processes;
  • Support and assistance to corporate management and top management for specific projects to improve Corporate Governance processes and the Internal Control and Risk Management System.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management Engineering;
  • 6 months/2 years of experience in a similar position in a consulting company and/or structured/multinational industrial company;
  • Interest in the profession of Internal Auditor and the principles of Internal Control System and Risk Management;
  • Knowledge of SAP and the main computer packages;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered a preferential requirement;
  • Willingness to travel within the EU and outside the EU.
