Euronext N.V. seeks an Operational and IT Risk Analyst to join its Risk department. The role involves assessing IT risks, developing key risk indicators, and enhancing risk awareness across the organization. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree and relevant experience in financial or technology services, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial or technology services.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Operational and IT Risk Analyst will join the Line of Defense 2 - Operational and Model Risk Department within the Risk department. They will be accountable for the following activities :

  • Identify and assess risks, focusing on IT-related risks such as cybersecurity, business continuity, third-party risks, etc.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor key risk indicators; promote risk awareness across the company.
  • Provide guidance for the development, implementation, and communication of risk-related policies and standards.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and other mitigation measures.
  • Analyze and report relevant business incidents and problems.
  • Issue recommendations and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare effective reports for top management and relevant committees.
  • Analyze project risks and support updates to the risk appetite and enterprise risk management framework.
  • Support the team in addressing internal / external audits and regulators' requests.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has :

  • Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, information technology, economics, finance, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in financial or technology services (banks, regulators, audit, and consultancy firms).
  • Knowledge of IT governance, information security, and business continuity frameworks (e.g., ISO / IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss risks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Financial services experience or knowledge is a plus.
