Barilla Headquarters in Parma invites you to join the Finance Business Controlling Team for a six-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment and develop a solid understanding of Finance & Controlling within the Italian market.

You will work with experienced professionals on live projects, support reporting and budgeting processes, and benefit from tutoring, relocation allowance where applicable, and flexible working arrangements.

Formación

• Master's degree or nearing graduation in economics, finance, business analytics or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Fluency in Italian and English, strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Gain a 360° view of market financial performance and profitability dynamics.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting, accruals, and forecasting processes.
• Develop profitability simulations for projects and initiatives.
• Analyze Net Sales data and contribute to budgeting activities.
• Support overhead cost center monitoring and management.

Are you ready to step in?! Join our Finance Business Controlling Team at Barilla Headquarters in Parma for a six-months internship and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment. This opportunity will allow you to develop a solid understanding of Finance & Controlling within the Italian market, while contributing to real business activities and decision-making processes.

Job purpose

During the internship, you will:

• Gain a 360° view of market financial performance, business analytics, and profitability dynamics.
• Support the business through performance monitoring and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with experienced Finance professionals and contribute to key planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly update of reporting packages, with a focus on product profitability analysis.
• Prepare and monitor monthly accruals.
• Develop profitability simulations for business projects and commercial initiatives.
• Support the integration and analysis of Net Sales data and statistics.
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Support the management and monitoring of overhead cost centers.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates or students close to graduation).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interest in Finance, Controlling, and Business Performance Management within an FMCG environment.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
