Job Description:

We are seeking an Operation Specialist for payment, Cash-In, who is eager to grow with us.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing operational relationships with customers
  2. Contributing to the selection of new Cash-in hardware and software in collaboration with the Product team
  3. Monitoring and maintaining SLAs with customers and suppliers
  4. Managing solution activities
  5. Coordinating and training contact center teams for assistance
