We are looking for a Operation Specialist payment, Cash-In, who wants to grow together with us.

About the role:

• Manage the operational relationship with customers
• Contribute to the selection of new Cash-in hardware and software in collaboration with the Product team
• Monitor and maintain the SLA agreed with customers and suppliers
• Manage solution management activities
• Coordinate and train contact center structures for assistance

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Desire to work as a team to achieve goals together
• Will not to give up and to find possible alternative solutions
• Ability to serve customers and obtain from suppliers
• Knowledge of the MS Office package
• Attention to detail and curiosity
• Positive and helpful attitude
