We are looking for an Operation Specialist in payments and Cash-In processes, who wants to grow together with us.

About the role:

  • Manage the operational relationship with customers
  • Contribute to the selection of new Cash-in hardware and software in collaboration with the Product team
  • Monitor and maintain the SLA agreed with customers and suppliers
  • Manage solution activities
  • Coordinate and train contact center staff for assistance

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Desire to work as a team to achieve goals together
  • Persistence and ability to find alternative solutions
  • Ability to serve customers and collaborate with suppliers
  • Knowledge of MS Office
