Descrizione del lavoro

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our operational processes and enhance efficiency within BLUTEK, an ISO-certified company specializing in the design and production of engineered turnkey skids for service air, instrument air, and nitrogen generation, both offshore and onshore.

BLUTEK creates and assembles tailor-made skid units for adverse environments such as offshore, explosion-proof, and desert areas. These include instrument air, black start, and plant air compressors. Based on client specifications, skids include screw compressors, dryers, nitrogen generators, air receivers, and specialized lifting frames.

Job Summary

As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining BLUTEK's reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. You will ensure that our operations support the company's commitment to safety and environmental preservation and leverage our recognized experience and knowledge to meet the requirements of new plants during the FEED stage. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our operations align with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities and career growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Analyze operational data to inform strategic decisions and ensure effective resource allocation.

Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding operational performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial, or a related field, Engineering is required.

5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Proven track record of managing projects or operations within the Oil & Gas sector, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Experience with project management methodologies.

Familiarity with lean management and continuous improvement principles.
