Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operation

  • Manage and supervise order processing for all products ordered by our Sales Managers, agents, and customers.
  • Communicate daily with customers regarding receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays.
  • Verify customer and order information for accuracy, check inventory status and backorder situations.
  • Maintain and update pricing grids in the system.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Department to prepare and deliver orders.
  • Work with Sales Admin on sales deductions, pricing management, and order approvals.
  • Monitor weekly stock status with sales agents and manage goods allocation.
  • Support Sales Accounts and Agents with commercial back-office functions.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, including weekly sales, critical models, backorders, promotions, and order status.

Logistics

  • Collaborate with Logistics and SCM for inbound organization.
  • Verify logistics requirements and implement related processes.
  • Manage stock control and occupancy.
  • Optimize customer care operations and performance.
  • Supervise outbound processes and booking efficiencies.
  • Control logistics costs.
  • Ensure KPI performance.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in commercial back-office roles or customer service in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, numerate, with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
