This is a fixed-term contract opportunity.

As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage daily activities on the Campus as the HSE frontline. You will collaborate with Operation Leaders and teams to reduce and manage operational risks. You will be responsible for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role, you will :

• Support Campus HSE surveillance and monitor HSE performance.
• Support the deployment of Safety Talks and manage Concerns / IDEAS.
• Revise Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and conduct Non-Routine Activities Risk Assessments.
• Follow up on Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Conduct environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise).
• Support HSE digital tool management and organizational learning from Normal Operations.
• Act as a reference point for Life Saving Rules (LSR) on the shop floor.
• Oversee HSE compliance and supervision of Contractors.

To succeed in this role, you should :

• Be familiar with HSE operations.
• Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, local HSE regulations, and international standards.
• Preferably hold an ASPP qualification.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be fluent in Italian and English.
• Possess good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
