As Operation HSE Specialist - Assembly & Test Gas Turbine and Reciprocating Compressors, you will be responsible for:

• Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements.
• Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
• Contributing to projects as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete, with results seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
• Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in your field.
• Leading the definition of the Cell HSE roadmap for the testing area.
• Leading the execution of the HSE roadmap for the testing area.
• Maintaining a constant presence in the shop to oversee daily operational aspects.
• Proactively leading HSE continuous improvements following the Process Safety model.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety).
• Initial experience in operational activities.
• The ability to analyze complex issues and break them down into manageable tasks.
• Experience leading projects with global teams.
• A clear thinking attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Motivation and initiative to lead and solve problems collaboratively.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact positively with internal and external parties.
• The ability to work within the EU.
