Job Opportunity: Junior Gas and Welding Plant Operator

Location: Monfalcone, Italy

Company: ADHR GROUP - Polo Permanent FVG

We are seeking a Junior Plant Operator specializing in gas and welding systems for a leading company in the welding and certification sector. After appropriate training, the candidate will work alongside senior colleagues and independently to certify systems according to UNI 11627 standards and will perform crimping of gas hoses following UNI 1256 standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform maintenance on customer gas distribution systems across the FVG region.
2. Replace worn or obsolete components.
3. Verify the functionality of valves and system stations.
4. Restore leaks and address anomalies.
5. Assemble, test, and certify flexible hoses.
6. Maintain and calibrate industrial welding equipment when on-site.
7. Apply mechanical and electrical technical knowledge.
8. Read technical drawings accurately.
9. Travel frequently to customer sites across the territory.

Offer:

Direct employment with the client company (initial 6-month contract).

Salary package based on experience (approximately €1,200 - €1,400 net per month for 13 months).

Working hours:

Day shift, Monday to Friday (8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00).
