Une entreprise de fabrication notable cherche un ouvrier de production dans le secteur du plastique. Le candidat sélectionné devra réaliser des tâches comme la finition, l'assemblage et le contrôle qualité, travaillant sur des machines de production de plastique dans un environnement dynamique. Une expérience préalable, même minimale, en production est avantageuse. Les horaires sont à temps plein avec des équipes de jour et de nuit dans un cadre de travail sécurisé et respectueux de la législation.

Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, a subsidiary of Tradate, is seeking for an important Plastic Sector manufacturing company:

Production Worker in Plastic Sector

Position

The selected candidate will join a significant plastic manufacturing company. Depending on skills and experience, they may be assigned to the finishing department, where they will perform tasks such as finishing, assembly, and quality control using specific bench tools, or to the molding department, operating machinery, and performing quality checks on components at the press.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have previous experience, even minimal, in production environments, preferably in manual activities related to plastics and/or mechanics, or experience in molding or operating machinery for plastic production such as presses.

Good manual dexterity, practicality, and availability for day shifts and shifts including nights are required.

Basic knowledge of plastic processing, problem-solving skills, and teamwork attitude are appreciated.

Additional Information

Work location: Near Castronno

Working hours: Full-time on day or night shifts, Monday to Friday, two shifts

Offer: Temporary contract with possible extension
