Job summary

Arsenalia Group in Italy seeks an experienced SAP specialist to lead OpenText VIM-driven invoice management projects integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with Finance, IT and external teams.

You’ll configure VIM workflows, support end-to-end AP processes, test solutions, and assist with go-live activities. A strong background in SAP FI and MM Invoice Verification, plus English communication skills, will help you

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP projects, invoice management, or related Finance processes.
• Experience with OpenText VIM or similar invoice management/AP automation solutions.
• Good understanding of invoice-to-pay/procure-to-pay processes and their SAP integration.
• Functional knowledge of SAP FI, particularly Accounts Payable; SAP MM Invoice Verification is valuable.
• Technical background enabling understanding of system integrations, workflows, interfaces, enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and preparing functional specs.
• Ability to interact effectively with developers and technical teams.
• Experience with testing, issue analysis and solution validation.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analysis, design and implementation of OpenText VIM-based invoice management solutions integrated with SAP.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution requirements.
• Support end-to-end invoice management and AP processes from invoice acquisition to posting and payment.
• Configure and test VIM functionalities, workflows and business rules.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams, providing functional specifications and supporting implementation.
• Assist integration between OpenText VIM and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Manage testing, issue analysis and go-live support.
• Contribute to project streams with increasing autonomy and client interaction.
