A global leader in wind turbine manufacturing and innovation is seeking Sales Engineers to join a growing European team. With continued expansion and a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for driven, technically minded professionals to support commercial success across France, Italy, and Spain.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage directly with major developers across Europe to understand and analyze technical market needs
  • Present and explain tailored technical solutions to clients, consultants, and technical stakeholders
  • Prepare and negotiate technical proposals as part of complex contracts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Management and Engineering
  • Identify risks early and propose creative, effective mitigation strategies
  • Stay current with technical market developments and apply them strategically
  • Champion the company’s commitment to health, safety, and the environment
  • Support and improve sales tools, processes, and reporting systems
  • Travel as required to meet clients and attend site visits

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field

Experience:

Experience in infrastructure, energy, or renewable power projects

Technical/Commercial Skillset:

  • Strong proposal preparation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interpret and align with technical client needs
  • Knowledge of the energy sector; wind industry experience a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Clear communicator, solution-oriented, collaborative, and proactive

Languages:

  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
