Prysmian is seeking a Land Installation Controller to be the financial and controlling reference for onshore installation activities in Milan. The role partners with Installation and Site Execution teams to ensure projects stay within budget and align with contractual scope.

You will monitor costs, track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations, and prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow for installation scope.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or economical background.
Experience in onshore installation, construction or EPC projects.
Advanced Excel for cost tracking and reporting.
Ability to read technical drawings, method statements and contracts.

Mansioni

Monitor and control land installation costs (labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, logistics).
Track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations and support corrective actions with site teams.
Link installation progress to financial performance and KPIs.
Analyze productivity, crew efficiency and subcontractor performance.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow for installation scope.
Act as financial counterpart for Installation Managers and Site teams.
Support variation analysis, extra works and claims.
