Job Description:

Oniverse, a multinational Italian fashion retail company present in over 50 countries, is seeking an Online Store Specialist for the Signorvino brand to join the Digital, CRM, and E-commerce department.

The Online Store Specialist will be responsible for the operational management of all digital assets, communication with final customers according to the brand's commercial calendar, and creating graphic elements for the website and digital communications.

The candidate will work closely with all marketing teams of Signorvino (Commercial, Communication, Visual Merchandising, etc.), ensuring that all assets align with the brand identity and provide a coherent and effective visual experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Content Management: uploading content on the Content Management System (CMS) and continuous monitoring to ensure proper display.
• Communications Management: designing, writing, and scheduling newsletters, SMS, and push notifications in line with the brand's engagement strategy.
• Web Design and Creativity: creating and updating graphic elements for the website and digital communications, maintaining aesthetic consistency with brand guidelines.
• Testing and Optimization: performing regular site tests to identify and resolve technical or design issues, enhancing user experience.
• Brand Alignment: ensuring all activities are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

We would love to meet you if you:

• Have a degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Business, Design, or related fields.
• Possess writing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand coherence.
• Have Web Design and Graphic Design skills, with knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
• Have experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
• Possess excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Have strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for the wine industry and knowledge of the sector is a plus.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus but not mandatory.
