Online Sales Specialist (TV/White Goods)

You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, international team, playing a key role in achieving sales goals and supporting business development across Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Implement and support the development of online sales strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to boost online sales growth.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers and vendors.
• Analyze business data to identify shortfalls and develop action plans for improving internet sales performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Utilize industry best practices and digital marketing techniques to optimize e-commerce website performance.

Operations:

• Analyze web analytics and customer insights to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Develop reports on e-commerce performance, including sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Create and optimize product listings for accuracy, consistency, and SEO to improve discoverability and conversion rates.

We seek passionate, motivated candidates with experience in online sales, preferably with a startup mindset.

Key Skills:
