Key Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity to join the Packly team as Customer Support. You will be involved in the following activities:

  • Assist customers during the sales process, answering questions and helping them choose the right product or configuration;

  • Support customers via email, chat, or phone, assisting with product questions, order management, and platform navigation;

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth experience throughout the buying journey;

  • Actively listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to recommend the most suitable products or features;

  • Help guide customers in creating the best possible packaging solution for their needs, ensuring a memorable Packly experience;

  • Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our services and tools;

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to improve customer experience and engagement;

  • Plan and execute simple follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat use;

  • Recognize customer needs and suggest solutions that support their growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native-level knowledge of Italian;

  • Professional proficiency in German and French (mandatory);

  • Previous experience in B2B sales;

  • Familiarity with online tools and platforms (CRM, help desk systems, digital communication tools);

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to work with data and understand customer trends;

  • Analytical mindset, able to spot patterns, identify opportunities, and support decisions with data;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills;

  • Natural inclination toward commercial thinking — you’re comfortable suggesting value-adding solutions when the opportunity arises;

  • Positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities;

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in an additional language (English or Spanish);

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field;

  • Previous experience in online sales or digital sales environments;

  • Familiarity with German and/or French culture, communication styles, and customer expectations is considered a plus.
