Une entreprise multinationale leader dans le secteur du luxe recherche un Coordinateur de Business en Ligne à Perugia. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans l'e-commerce et une maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données comme SQL et Excel. Des compétences en gestion de projet sont nécessaires pour guider des équipes et assurer la croissance des projets de marketplace. La maîtrise de l'anglais et d'une deuxième langue est également souhaitée.

Competenze

• Diplôme en statistiques ou équivalent requis.
• Minimum 5 ans dans l'e-commerce, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe.

In view of strengthening our team, we are seeking a:

Online Business Coordinator

The selected candidate will be part of a team within a major multinational company operating in the luxury sector, responsible for supervising daily operations and guiding the growth of Marketplace & eConcession projects. The role also involves a comprehensive view of online business, including in-depth performance analysis of e-commerce, creating complete action plans to influence assortments, online merchandising, user experience, and website evolution.

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Statistics or equivalent and has at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Good problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, autonomy in task organization, and result orientation are required. Proficiency in English is also necessary.

Requisiti

Required skills include:

• Degree in Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in luxury fashion multinational companies.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Full proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Tableau or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of Contentsquare and Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Extensive experience managing digital assets (web marketing, online merchandising, user experience), with proven ability to promote ROI and sales.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate external teams (service providers, web agencies), providing technical briefs, monitoring implementation, and analyzing results.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
