WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities: Participate in One Identity Manager implementation projects, developing and customizing modules, connectors, workflows, and scripts. Manage system configuration, provisioning/de-provisioning processes, role and policy management, and integration with directory systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, DB), HR systems, and business applications. Support testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with the project team and interact with clients to gather technical requirements.
• Technologies: Work with One Identity Manager.
• Team work: Join our dynamic team passionate about designing secure, innovative architectures. We create and implement omnichannel solutions (B2C, B2B, B2E) across on-premises, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments, utilizing industry-leading technologies. Our team comprises young, passionate, and experienced professionals working cohesively to achieve excellence.
• Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related Security courses.
• Valuable expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing One Identity Manager solutions, knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration architectures, at least 2 years in enterprise project environments, skills in tool development, configuration, scripting (PowerShell, SQL), and understanding of identity and access management topics. Knowledge of systems like Active Directory, LDAP, SQL Server, SAP, HR systems; proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
• Nice to have: Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, IBM, Ping Identity / ForgeRock; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, curiosity, proactivity, leadership mindset, passion for learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire others.
