Descrizione del lavoro

Support the design, management, and monitoring of employee onboarding processes and digital learning initiatives. This role will work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to ensure an effective, engaging, and well-structured learning and onboarding experience aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (materials, kits, communications, logistics, global onboarding guidelines).
  • Plan and organize in-person or remote sessions (welcome days, on-site visits).
  • Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience by tracking feedback and continuously improving processes at both local & global level.

E-Learning

  • Design and coordinate digital learning courses, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Oversee the development of training content, ensuring instructional quality, consistency, and timelines.
  • Manage and update training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the creation of training catalogs and blended learning paths.
  • Monitor course participation and produce regular reports (completion rates, training KPIs, feedback, data analysis).

Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and report training data for internal use or external funding opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate training records within LMS
  • Provide timely and accurate training data for internal reports, audits and any ad hoc data requests.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in humanities, psychology, education, communication, business administration, or related fields - HR, training, or project management certifications are considered a plus.

3–5 years of experience in similar roles within structured or multinational companies.

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ideally).

Basic knowledge of instructional design and familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint).

Strong project management and coordination skills, including vendor management.

Familiarity with reporting processes and training tracking tools.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and result orientation.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Proactive mindset and operational flexibility.

Flexibility to travel to the main company sites across Itay several times.

Fluent in Italian and English, other languages knowledge is a plus.
