Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Baker to lead bakery operations onboard, ensuring daily production meets the highest quality and presentation standards for all menus.

You will work closely with the Head Baker and Executive Chef, manage production costs, maintain USPH compliance, and support displays across buffet areas. A minimum of three years’ shipboard or hotel bakery experience is required, along with a high school diploma.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years as a Baker in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or banqueting service.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.

Mansioni

• Ensures smooth and efficient operation and control of the Bakery Shop and production daily according to company policies.
• Responsible for production, quality, and presentation of the bread assortment for daily menus.
• Assists Head Baker in production forecasts and recording leftovers to avoid wastage and control food costs.
• Assists in the setup of bread displays in buffets.
• Ensures compliance with United States Public Health rules and regulations daily.
