Tetra Tech is seeking a Resource Efficiency Manager Level II on-site at NSA Naples, Italy, to lead energy-management programs and identify energy-conservation opportunities. You will work with the NSA Naples and EURAFCENT teams to deliver energy projects and M&V support, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and cost savings.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, energy auditing, and experience with building controls, microgrids, and renewables, along with the ability to obtain a US federal

Competenze

• REM II requires expert knowledge in REM technical skill areas and one of the education/experience combos.
• US federal security clearance ability and US citizenship are required.
• Certifications must be obtained within one year of hire.

Mansioni

• Perform energy audits and identify conservation opportunities on facilities.
• Identify energy-efficient solutions with client facility teams.
• Conduct design reviews for federal and Navy energy efficiency standards.
• Support energy projects and ERCIP development with M&V.
• Develop life-cycle cost analyses and analyze distributed generation/renewables.
• Prepare technical writing for audits and reports.

Formazione

4-year technical/engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) and/or PE registration

Science, business, or related degree with 8+ years energy management

2-year technical degree with 10+ years energy management

No degree with 12+ years energy management

Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Professional Engineer
