Sunrise Management seeks a Resident Manager for Tuscany Hills Apartments to oversee daily operations on-site in California. The role includes leasing, resident relations, and financial oversight, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with California housing laws.

The position is part-time with limited benefits and requires living on-site; scheduling offers some flexibility. Knowledge of CA landlord-tenant laws and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred to support diverse

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and support property operations ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained communities.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and oversee leasing and resident relations.
