Job summary

Amazon is offering an on-site operations internship at Vercelli (MXP3). You will engage with Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations to support daily operations and customer service excellence.

You'll analyze data, tackle high-priority projects, propose improvements, and collaborate with managers and frontline staff. Relocation support is provided and a full-time internship (40 hours/week) is available for 3–6 months starting Jan–July 2027.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year of university study.
• Eligibility for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–6 months, starting Jan–Jul 2027.
• Fluency in English and local language at CEFR C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Complete high-priority projects to a high standard.
• Propose and test process improvements with the team.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
