Groupe LVMH in Milano (LOM) is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee operations, warehousing, and transportation on a full-time on-site basis. You will lead daily logistics activities and drive efficiency across the supply chain while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in transforming logistics processes, with a focus on cost optimization and service quality for luxury goods distribution.

Competenze

• Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing external logistics providers and SLAs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and logistics data flows.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and international logistics standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Monitor, analyze, and report logistics performance; implement corrective actions.
• Drive logistics transformation, new processes, tools, and operating models.
• Support budget planning and cost optimization in logistics.
