A European IT services company is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician to provide technical support in O Grove, Spain. Responsibilities include troubleshooting personal devices, collaborating with the central IT team, and managing support tickets. Fenice Computer Services, part of the Jiliti Group, is a service integrator and trusted partner providing hardware and software support services across Europe.

For an important client based in O Grove – Pontevedra (Spain), we are looking for the following professional profile :

On-Site IT Support Technician

Main responsibilities :

  • Provide first- and second-level IT support to users
  • Troubleshoot issues related to personal devices (PCs, smartphones, printers, etc.), operating systems, and email
  • Handle installation, configuration, and replacement of IT devices
  • Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure proper management of workstations
  • Monitor and take charge of tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessary
  • Provide support on tools and peripherals related to production and logistics environments (scales, handheld terminals, etc.)
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT equipment

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in similar on-site technical support roles
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 suite, and ticketing tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal abilities, and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluency in Spanish and English – the interview will be in English

Work location : O Grove – Pontevedra (Spain)

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
