Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an Installation Engineer to join our team in Düsseldorf. You will contribute to cable installation projects focused on the green transition, interfacing with subcontractors and clients, and supporting on-site planning and feasibility checks.

The role requires an engineering degree and English fluency, with 0–3 years of experience. German is a plus. We offer a permanent contract, flexible hours, share plans, and a collaborative, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in technical engineering (civil, mechanical or materials) required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 0–3 years of work experience; German language helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support in defining cable installation requirements and prepare technical documents.
• Interact with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients; assist on-site planning and feasibility checks.
• Provide technical support to purchasing for subcontracts and prepare as-built documentation.
