Your role:
EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced Omnichannel DISS Manager to accelerate drive-to-store initiatives and increase qualified traffic both online and in-store.
Reporting to the Omnichannel Traffic Strategy Sr. Manager and responsible for developing the category, digitally influenced store sales (DISS), for all EssilorLuxottica retail banners, focusing primarily on the optical perimeter in the EMEA region. Developing and executing strategies to connect online owned, earned, and paid touch points with brick-and-mortar stores by leveraging omnichannel capabilities to drive in-store sales.
The role requires strong business acumen to unlock untapped opportunities and ownership of the end-to-end customer journey. Additionally, it involves educating and empowering local teams on new KPIs and best practices, ensuring effective implementation of the framework and accurate reporting of results.
With a wider scope covering 20+ brands, this position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional eager to transform insights into impactful business and marketing actions and establish scalable frameworks adaptable across different countries and retail banners.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement drive-to-store initiatives, integrating digital and physical experiences to boost qualified traffic in collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Media, Performance Marketing, and Calendar Managers.
- Build and Lead the DISS strategy, ensuring local teams effectively generate and retain qualified traffic.
- Customer Experience Optimization, leverage data insights to enhance the omnichannel journey, increasing online bookings, store visits, and digital-influenced sales.
- Educate and empower local teams on new KPIs, frameworks, and best practices, enabling excellence in execution while ensuring clear ownership of results.
- Provide strategic guidelines, tools, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize local execution.
- Oversee and support DISS growth projects, ensuring seamless execution by local teams while monitoring progress and impact.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities, proactively proposing initiatives to strengthen the connection between digital and physical stores. Challenge the status quo to drive innovation and achieve business targets.
- Influence senior executives using quantitative and qualitative insights, provide strategic recommendations and guidelines.
- Monitor key KPI and interpret data from various sources (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Align with Local marketing teams, corporate marketing functions IT, and Finance to drive cross-functional synergies and improve overall DISS adoption and maturity.
- Host regular check-ins with Local teams to review financial KPIs, omnichannel performance, and roadmap progress.
Main requirements:
- Degree-level education with strong business acumen.
- 8/10+ years of experience in retail, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies, cross digital and physical touchpoints.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data mining, statistical methods, and web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to formulate strategic plans and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
