What you’ll do:

• Join the Sisal Online team, specifically in the CVM Omnichannel reporting department, reporting to the Gold & Omichannel CVM Senior Manager.
• Contribute to omnichannel projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, increasing retention and engagement, and providing comprehensive training to the retail network on online business topics. Responsibilities include creating engaging moments of interaction with online customers.

Who you are:

• At least 5 years of experience in CVM or Marketing.
• Degree in Marketing and Communication.
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, organizational skills, active listening, teamwork, and effective communication with various departments.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, problem-solving, negotiation, empathy, goal orientation, and adaptability to urgent situations.

Preferable:

• Previous experience in Marketing and Events.
