Position: Assistant Human Capital Manager (Italy and Greece)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the SEE HC Coordinator based in Milan, overseeing deliverables, performance, and career development.
  • Handling employee relations, engagement, and communication, including resolving issues, guiding employees and managers, and managing involuntary terminations.
  • Implementing and guiding policy and program administration, including audits, benefits, and compliance.
  • Overseeing pre-hire, orientation, training, and exit processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Managing payroll and benefits, resolving issues, and liaising with finance.
  • Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies for support professionals.
  • Participating in ad hoc global HC projects and advising on labor law matters.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years of HR experience, leadership experience, fluency in English and Italian, knowledge of employment law in Italy and Greece, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.
