We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized

Office Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to help build a productive, fun, and welcoming workplace.

Your Role As our Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the day-to-day running of our Italian office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our team, maintaining a smooth operation, and making our workspace a place where people love to work.

Your responsibilities include : Handling administrative and organizational tasks across the office Being the main point of contact for service providers and suppliers Managing office logistics and supplies Organizing internal events and supporting the marketing team with external events Ensuring smooth daily operations and a vibrant office life Contributing to a positive, creative, and engaging work culture Welcoming and guiding visitors, vendors, candidates, and new team members

Must-Haves : Fluency in

Italian (C2)

English 1–3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent organizational and communication skills Proactive and autonomous mindset Fast learner with a hands-on attitude Positive, people-friendly energy Valid

work permit in Italy

Nice to Have : Additional languages Interest in software or IT Studies in administration or similar field Flexible and creative approach to problem-solving Ability to manage surprises and keep calm under pressure
