We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to help build a productive, fun, and welcoming workplace.

Your Role

As our Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the day-to-day running of our Italian office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our team, maintaining a smooth operation, and making our workspace a place where people love to work.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling administrative and organizational tasks across the office
  • Being the main point of contact for service providers and suppliers
  • Managing office logistics and supplies
  • Organizing internal events and supporting the marketing team with external events
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and a vibrant office life
  • Contributing to a positive, creative, and engaging work culture
  • Welcoming and guiding visitors, vendors, candidates, and new team members

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in Italian (C2) and English
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and autonomous mindset
  • Fast learner with a hands-on attitude
  • Positive, people-friendly energy
  • Valid work permit in Italy

Nice to Have:

  • Additional languages
  • Interest in software or IT
  • Studies in administration or similar field
