Office Premises Portfolio Specialist - maternity cover

The Candidate will be part of the team Group Premises & Facilities Management whose main responsibility is the cascading of Group P&FM Guidelines related to hybrid office space environment in main Generali legal entities, by supporting the local P&FM teams seeking opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy cost and rental conditions.

The Office Premises Portfolio Specialist - maternity cover - is accountable and responsible for:

  • Maintaining and constantly updating the P&FM database, to guarantee central knowledge of the Group office premises portfolio
  • Measure the Premises Portfolio performances and develop innovative approaches to the workspace solutions through the setup and monitor of KPIs
  • Support Local BUs to design and develop space optimization projects according to Group Technical Standards, local requirements, and market developments and to identify opportunities to improve space efficiency (sqm/headcount), occupancy costs as well as rental conditions (internal and external)
  • Understand Corporate Real Estate principles and its impacts on our business, including financial aspects
  • Collaborate with the Group P&FM team to support Local BU’s creating space and service solutions as required and according to Group P&FM Technical Standards
  • Support Local P&FM teams in the shaping of rent contracts conditions (e.g., price, termination terms), create and complete respective agreements (lease-in and lease-out) representing the user-tenant
  • Support Local P&FM Teams to enable “Decarbonization” and “Diversity Equity and Inclusion” (DEI) programs
  • Ensure the correct update of the Group P&FM database, with reference to rent spaces, and KPIs to measure the Premises Portfolio performances
  • Responsible for researching and analyzing the current Group portfolio to update Group Technical Standards
  • Collaborate with the Group P&FM team to maintain, review and update the Group P&FM Guidebook, with reference to the workspace settings and services
  • Support the implementation of Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs
  • Support Local P&FM Teams to identify opportunity to innovate their facility services and workspace services offer, also by constantly bringing new market research and development within the Group
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • The Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of qualified and comprehensive experience in Corporate Real Estate during building operations, new constructions and asset management including real estate related applications & building technologies
  • Property management experience, knowledge, and documented experience in the project management of green real estate projects and energy efficiency
  • Familiarity with FM databases and data analytics tools

Skills:

  • Problem-solving and analytical skillset
  • Communication skills and ability to manage a wide array of different stakeholders
  • Strong operational focus, ability to drive topics and deliver results
  • Fluent English, another European and/or other language is a plus
  • University level degree or comparable
