Key Responsibilities

- Set-up meeting rooms and support the organization of catering when needed
- Handling office mail and phone calls
- Providing bookkeeping support for invoices and expense reports
- Managing company bank account and payments
- Coordinate and organize office activities, calendars and events
- Support team members in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
