A privately owned investment firm in Milan is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations. Responsibilities include facilities management, client reception, travel coordination, and budget oversight. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, possess a strong command of IT tools, and be fluent in English. An adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.

  • Support the Milan team with client queries and marketing
  • Serve as First Aid/Fire Marshall.

Descrizione del lavoro

Reporting to the Country Manager for Italy, the Office Manager provides overall support management for the Milan office and will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilities and Building Management – liaising with the building management for all day to day office requirements and managing the health and safety and office upkeep.
  • Reception duties – greeting and organising the meeting process for clients and visitors
  • Manage and organize travel and support team calendars
  • Invoice Management: manage and update budgets for the office
  • Marketing materials for client meetings – ensure up to date materials are prepared and distributed to the team,
  • Manage events in collaboration with the central marketing team
  • Support Milan team on all day to day client queries and marketing materials
  • First Aid/Fire Marshall

  • Maintain a basic understanding of Muzinich Products/ Strategies
