We are looking for a Private Equity Firm, part of an international Group, an Office Manager.

Main activities:

  • Responsible for the general operation of the Milan office
  • First point of contact for all administrative matters of the Milan office, the Investment Advisory team and external business partners
  • Liaising and coordinating with external vendors
  • Answering incoming calls and handling mail
  • Responsible for office supplies and inventory
  • Planning, preparing and coordinating meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international business travel and managing travel expenses
  • Monitoring and managing office expenses
  • Observation of team dynamics, motivation support, active participation in office life

Requirement

  • At least 2 years' experience as an office manager, team or personal assistant
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel. IT savvy, interested in finding solutions to make working life easier
  • Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus
  • Well organised, hands-on attitude
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Strong team player, interested in building relationships with colleagues in the Frankfurt and Luxembourg office
