The project:
Terra Innovatum's mission is to make nuclear power accessible. We deliver simple and safe micro-reactor solutions that are scalable, affordable and deployable anywhere 1 Mwe at a time.
You will be joining a fast-growing scaleup developing SOLO – a micro modular reactor – able to provide clean energy and radioisotopes where it is needed. You will be supporting the reactor licensing process in the US at first.
You will support the founding team to scaleup to a leading tech company supplying much needed energy solutions globally.

- ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Lucca Office
- providing excellent internal customers’ and external stakeholders’ service
- supporting a dynamic and mission-driven team
- serving as the primary point of contact for visitors

What you will be in charge off:
Administrative Support:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintaining office procedures and policies
- Maintain organizational physical files and records on site and off site
Financial management:
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling expense reports, and potentially managing budgets
- Support the company chartered accountants and US GAAP accountants as needed
- Monitor and manage office budget line items related to operations
HR activities
- Maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and addressing administrative needs
- Support the relocation process of new employees and of their family members
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Communication
- Acting as a point of contact between executives and other employees or external local stakeholders
Event coordination
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and other office events
- Assist visitors with logistics (lodging, transport, visas, ...)
Vendors management
- Manage contracts and relationships with service providers (e.g., IT support, cleaning services, office supplies and other vendors as assigned)
Building management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with building and external vendors
- Liaise with IT support to ensure staff have functioning equipment and access to necessary systems.
Who we want to work with:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a scaleup environment; high growth and tech environment experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Written and oral fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
